Developed out of need during the COVID-19 pandemic, VR Conflux provides an option for group gatherings when in-person meetings are not viable.
The unique virtual experience is perfect for conferences, trade shows, and networking, where attendees create humanoids that can walk around and talk to each other in real time in a simulated environment.
Meeting planners can create education sessions with live Q&A, exhibit centers, and gathering points, like a virtual hotel lobby.
After logging into the VR Conflux website, participants can either launch a computer desktop version or download the VR Conflux app from Google Play or Apple app store to launch on a phone or tablet.
VR headsets are not required, but are available as an option.
Attendees create personal humanoids they control as they virtually move through meeting rooms, speak to others in real time, shake hands or high five.
While at the exhibit center, attendees can pick up literature to add to your virtual swag bag, watch videos from exhibitors, and even talk to booth personnel as if you were meeting in person.
The experience is designed to enable more organic networking and socializing than is possible in a traditional tele-video conference format.
